What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, project ZIP code, preferred wall style, any wall measurements you provide, and your permission to contact you about the request.
We may attach the ad campaign parameters from the link you used and the referring website’s hostname to your request. We also measure page visits, quote button clicks, form starts, and successful submissions using random browser and visit identifiers. We record the referring website, campaign tags, page paths, general device type, and activity times. We do not record unfinished form values, keystrokes, or session recordings. If you submit a quote, we connect that visit to your request. Visit records are retained for approximately 90 days, and browser identifiers expire after 90 days. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. This helps us understand which ads bring relevant inquiries and where visitors encounter difficulty. Hosting services may also process standard technical information, such as an IP address, for site delivery and security.
How we use it
We use your information to review your project, check service availability, prepare a quote and communicate with you about your request. Submitting this form does not enroll you in a marketing list.
Where requests are handled
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Quote requests are stored through Supabase and reviewed in our password-protected business dashboard. We do not send a separate email notification for each request, and we do not sell your quote information.
Questions or deletion requests
Email americanconstructionut@gmail.com or reply to our project follow-up. We may ask you to confirm your identity before changing or deleting a request.
Your choices
Wall width and height are optional. You may ask us to stop contacting you about your project. We keep request information only as needed to manage the inquiry, any resulting work, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
